Lydia has been talking about getting "coppengood coins" at her school. I knew they probably weren't actually called "coppengood coins" but I could not figure out what she was trying to say. Finally today she came home and said, "Mrs White gave me a coppengood coin because I was being quiet in the library." For some reason, it finally clicked. It is a "caught being good coin." Mystery solved.

I remember my kids saying things over and over and being so frustrated that I didn't know what they were saying! Isn't it an awesome feeling to figure out what they are trying to say!
That is too cute!! I have the worst time trying to understand what Nathan is saying half the time -Love those Aha moments of what he is saying!!
